I have subscribed to a lot of beauty boxes to date: Glossybox, Carmine, She Said Beauty and now SoukSouk. As I have said in my posts about SoukSouk one of the positives that I see is the reduction of packaging as there is no pretty box left over at the end.

Some of my empty beauty boxes (Glossybox & Carmine)
So I have decided to make use of them. Some I have used for packaging gifts. They have been a godsend for making awkward presents into shapes I can actually wrap! The others I am labelling and using for storage.

This way my belongings are more organised and the boxes are actually used instead of taking up room in landfill. I think they look quite pretty too!
I will be showing you in another post how I store these hopefully! Have you a collection of boxes from beauty boxes? What have you done with them? I have seen some really crafty ideas for making them into storage racks but that’s beyond my skill level I’m afraid!

I have actually have my brushes in a Glossybox full of beans and I use the other one to pack my travel makeup in. Nice hard box fits in my bag perfectly.
It’s great how sturdy they are. I’ve used mine for everything from holding facemasks to creating a portable manicure station.
They really are nice boxes, I need to try to re sub to Glossybox. I was subbed when they first launched the US boxes, but all the stuff I got was empty… lol
I got the first few when they released in Ireland and have re-subbed a few times but I don’t even look to see what is in them now. It ended up being the same brands over and over again. Very disappointing. 😦
I had high hopes for some of the boxes I tried… it was never things I was really interested in. Good concept.. just not for me. At least I have a couple of the boxes which are much more useful than the contents!

I love organizing my make up with these and I also use them with the (lid off) to organize my perfumes so they aren’t scattered everywhere. 🙂
There are endless options… Such is great given how many I have to use! 🙂
Great ideas, I always keep mine too! They come in handy for so many things!
My friend has threatened to throw out any that don’t have a purpose as I have so many of them… The race is on to see how many I can use!
I use mine to store my disposables for my kit they come in so handy for that mascara wands in one, cotton pads and q tips in another and so on. i think you have used yours well 🙂
I think I will be using mine for disposables too… Just need to get everything organised!

I have used some boxes for gifts and they were pretty sturdy for that. I also have seen a post a while ago about making drawers out of boxes. what you did seems cool too.
